Most people that know me, know, that my favorite quilt designer is Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings. I love every one of her designs. I only wish I had the time to make all of them. Occasionally, I manage to complete one of her beautiful projects, and every time, I am amazed at how beautiful they are. I had the pleasure of joining in on one of her Summer Blocks of the Week a few years ago. Here is the outcome. Still not quilted, but the top is finished and ready. Here are a few pics of my journey making this beautiful quilt called “Somewhere in Time”. We all have those UFO’s. Will be loading this beauty very soon.
